Issue with After Effects.

I'm using after effects 7.0 (not pro) and when i use the particle system or particle world effects it all works fine except there is a large green cross in the middle of the video with the effect on which i cant eem to get rid of. what should i do?

Which particle effect? An artifact like that is usually the sign of a piece of trial software. Particular by Trapcode, for instance, puts a giant red cross across the output if the version is unregistered.

no it comes with the program its not trial. and the funny thing is, i have the particular trial witch dosnt have a cross in it.

It might a guide, try rendering using Make Movie rather than Export.

Might well be the reason - you should always render from AE using the renderq queue, rather than "export" which for some reason causes a load of problems.
