Hi,
I recently bought the DVD set of "extras", the Ricky Gervais British show. I watched the deleted scenes and they looked very digital and crisp. THe scenes that actually made the show looked much different.. perhaps film-like. It was a little less crisp and it looked great; didn't have so much of the tell tale video look. Is it a filter they apply or something to change the look of the digital (or maybe HD crispness) to get to the eventual film-look of the show? Any advice is greatly appreciated! I am trying to experiment with that kind of appearance of footage. If it helps, I use FCP for editing. Thanks in advance!
