basically what Im talking about it about 1/2 inch pipe connected to a air compressor, and for a realy wide blood splatter a funnel and some latex chunks to clog up the tube to give it a blast

i absolutely hate that fu*king saying. its ridiculous, ignorant and ironic. of couse its still friggin illegal if you dont get caught. and also if its not illegal if you dont get caught how would you get caught at all? there would be no motivation to find out if your doing something wrong. i know you said yourself it was stupid but it pi*ses me off whenever i see it on a damn shirt, which is very often.
