Miller Geuine Draft Beer Commercial

Anyone seen this commercial that is heavy rotation right now? It's the Miller Geuine Draft (Experience The Golden) beer AD.

Today I will be working out the kinks to the other topic I posted (Madonna's "Get Together" Video). But I wanted to see if anyone here could figure this one out. I know the AD is in a 3D environment (much like Madonn'a video). I'm more concerned with the coloring,, with gold outlines and I dont even know what or how to color the coloring of the body.

it looks heavily rotoscoped id just say rotoscoping and layer modes etc to get the texture.
Muzzle Flashes, Bullet Time, Lightsabers, Buffy Vampire Effects, War Films.... Ahhhhh!
