Post by Despin »

Hey there.

Well here is the short film we shot last month.

Any feedback would be great.

Cheers.

WOW

very impressive, very hard to fault.

Did you use any special equipment to film this? There were a number of shots there that were too good to simply be pan and zoom shots, did you use a track dolly or anything like that?

Overall very well done, the stabbing scene needs a little bit of touching up but you still did a very good job with it, god story/build up/suspense etc.

It was presented really well.

The lighting at the end could have probably been improved a tiny bit but that's probably the effect you were going for. Well done really, what camera did you use and what software?

That was one of the best movies I've seen around here, recently! Probably because it really looked like you put a lot of work into it. Very creative angles, too! Like when he swept the meat off of the counter.

Awesome job.

I think the killer wrote it after he killed his family, meaning that he would come back to kill him, but I'm probably wrong. What camera did you film that with?

Chchaisson1 hit the nail on the head plot wise. We shot it on a Canon XM2. Thanks for watching guys.

Anyone else gonna take a look.

That was really cool. Good work. Although I am starting to get sick of all these horrors. But good job none the less.

Very, very cool :)

It's a good thing all that stabbing took place in the one room where everything was covered in plastic coverings eh? ;)

Apart from that, my only other fault with it is the unoriginal title. I was expecting this to be some kind of lame Nintendo fan film

Nice work!

Hey there,.

"It's a good thing all that stabbing took place in the one room where everything was covered in plastic coverings eh?"

Well thatw as kind of the point.

The guy had been waiting for the murderer to come back. He had set up that room especialy.

As for the title. I had never heard of a film called that. And I had never heard of or played the game.

But thanks for watching the film and taking the time to post comments.

I also thought it would be a fanfilm of the game. But your movie was a helluva lot better than the game. :)

Also came out on the N64 and a recent arcade game was made I do believe :)

I also have the Killer Cuts CD still in my CD collection, I've used it in more films I've made than anything else :D

I think the title matched it perfectly. Only noticed one little error, and that's when he took the container to put the meat in, it was already full of meat, but it was empty when he put in the meat he had chopped up.

Maybe you should add some credits to it :)
