I am so incredibly excited
I have just been working for 4 hours straight to build my new greenscreen studio, and it is done! The greenscreen is 8 feet tall and 14 feet wide. The actual screen is a plastic table cloth I got at the pharmacy for $1. It is backed by a plywood frame and brackets, and mounted to the ceiling and floor by sheet metal. I also got some flood lights at the hardware store and they are lighting the greenscreen.
I can't wait to try it out.
P.S. The whole thing cost under $20.

Well, try it out, then let us know how it worked out, otherwise you're getting excited over nothing.

it works! Just finished testing it out. I leaves a blue border, but the still supressor gets rid of it. I can't wait to use it in one of my films.

The first works. I think it is interesting. I see two problems. One, you have the backlight glaring down on the lens, which may work out fine. Second, you should really light the screen behind the actor to avoid shadows like that. You may want to play with a more directional overhead light to replicate the outside light a little better. Cool screen though.
