transparency

i've been messing around with transparency in premiere. i found a wall in my house that has nothing in the backround. then i filmed myself punching, so i could make it look like i was hitting another me in the face. but everytime i combine the two there is always a trace of the other wall in the backround because the light was shlighly uneven.

i hope everyone understood what i was trying to say...

unless you have a special backlight wall in your house. what does everyone else do?
