Help ! Please Help ! Exporting blows !

I have finished editing my short film using Adobe Premiere 6.5, i used a IEEE 1394 firewire to import all my s*** onto the computer through the panasonic MPEG4 Messager system 1.00 , Importing was no problem and when i export the AVI ontop my desktop, that was no problem, all i wanna do now i export the movie onto the camcoder ! so its on the Mini DV tape. I am completely lost and a total n00b at DV editing so can someone please help me !

mmmmm, i'll translate everything... :

I'Ve edited my video with adobe premiere, and now i want to export it on my camcorder ( on the minidv )

somewhere there should be an option export to tape, just open the help file and give it a look.
