Scene 1:Nice start, a bit to shaky a parts, but nice style you're aiming for. Too much sea sound interferance at certain points, and is it my imagination, but did it switch beaches and/or time of day half way through that scene. Will watch the rest later, but looks quite good.

Yeah, have to dub a couple of lines which are inaudible. Don't worry it's not just you, that scene is actually filmed over three days, months apart :p

Second Scene: 2 Main Problems: (1) Very wooden acting between blonde and main part. Seriously need to work on that. (2) Continuity errors in the scene when they're leaning against the bars. The main character kept pulling away from the bars, then the next shot and he would be leaning on the bars and then pull away, AGAIN! :D

Good work, anyhow.

Yeah you're right. Though they've improved a lot since that scene. We've all come quite a long way I think since this film, not only filming/acting, but also in maturity of stories... never gonna do another "action/thriller" thing again (until we're old enough to be believable lol). Got a serious short film planned for summer and it'll be about people our actual age.

Oh yeah, you're also right about the continuity errors :P But it was actually alright at first but I removed a line and shifted some things around so the lines are not in the actual order, hence the continuity errors.

Scene1 was nice. The first shot of the land piecing through the ocean was awsome. The running part seemed a bit drawn out, and I'm not a big fan of the 24/Brady Bunch split screen thing. Camera work was very good.

Hey, thanks. I'm a bit bugged of the split screen style too, def. won't be using it in my next film. But I think the split screen works for this genre. Scene 1 was actually the first time I'd ever edited using the split screens (hadn't filmed it with them in mind) so I sort of got a little carried away, but everything's so intricately put together (the music, sound, where I cut the clips etc) that it'll be way too much of a hassle to remve some of the split screens!
I actually cut out over half of the running lol. It was quite a big hill, middle of summer at about 36 degrees celcius and we had to keep runnin up and down it lol. AT least I was wearing shorts and a T shirt, unlike the other 2, who had to keep the same clothes from winter :P. 1 of them ended up throwing up afterwards!
