well im taking it your talking about the raspy ,bassed bounty hunter since thats the most commin. If it was me i would try to get the closes i can. Deeping my voice some naturally then naturalyl distorting my vocals. Like said above use the EQ if you cant do it yourself naturally. i myself dont know how to get raspy on it. Mess with the bass and gain and all the stuff til you get wha tyou want. if theres any distortion try that but you might not need it.

But if im wrong and you dont want raspy bassie thne i dont know .

you werent really specific, if you said how do i do the bounty hunter voice of boba fett or soemthing allong those lines you would have got a different answer from everyone. By saying bounty hunter everyone thinks of a actual bounty hunter. As I also said above if you want the voice you do what everyone has said so far. But to get the mask covering the face im not one hundred percent sure but mess with echos and reverbs. Hopefully someone will be a bit more helpful then i am.
