I think you went too dark and too blue but good results!

Personally, it looked like an underexposed daylight scene. The first shot worked, but every one after that didn't work for me. The problem is the location has a lot of sunlight shadows. Day for night is tricky in th sense you need to trick the viewer. There is more to the effect than simply darkening the frame and adding blue. Take a good look at movies filmed at night, notice the way the lighting falls on the scene and actors. Try to find angles that have a similar effect.
Night time doesn't take the color out. Perhaps a bluish "moon" tint would work, but only blue seems a little funky. The contrasts between orange lights and harsher lighting from the sides are important to bear in mind. Daylight lights everything evenly and softly. Just food for thought.
