I made this slow motion effect ages ago and thought it looked good, i do a cart wheel heres the site:

hmm you adjusted a clip to 50% and then used a particle illusion preset on a video with a mask. pure genius i dont know if ive ever seen any better work!

u kinda gotta admit, that cartwheel is a little lame, i like get squished by gravity half way through.
