Check out his site, PJR has all kinds of goodies like that, plus free music and other useful filmmaking items such as production contracts, storyboards the list goes on.

Very good, very well explained. Alot of that is all stuff that everyone figures out eventually, but it's nice to have it put in clear basic words for all of us to understand.
