Lighting Help

Post by XeFx309 »

I plan on making a movie that takes place during night, and indoors. Problem is: I can only film during day.

Can anyone help with any very low-cost lighting solutions?

I noticed when I film inside it's already dark even with windows and lights on. But you could try filming stuff that would have windows in the picture at dusk. Or mess around with brightness (best if you use the effect: Levels) and darkness on the computer. Or maybe throw a tarp or a dark blanket over windows.

You could find those shop lamps, they have different brightness settings on those, but they have to be plugged in. But they are bright as cr**, I think I've seen some for around $15 or $25.
