Black and white bad reception dots

I coulldn't decide which forum this went in, mods please move if you feel i've posted it wrong. Anywho.

Anyone know where i can get the black and white dots footage. Sorta like you get on your tv with a bad reception. Best seen in Poltergeist. Or Punk'd.

If it is white noise you're talking about, I can very easily mock you up some in AfterEffects. Give me an email (mastermike AT gmail dot com) and I'll see what I can do.
