Couple of stills from our new film 'Jesus 2 - Back in Action', which is actually more or less finished (and was recently shown at a student film festival in Preston to a fantastic response ). We've just got one more thing to shoot on the weekend and then the film should be ready for your enjoyment!

We filmed a lot of stuff overnight so we had the whole of Bristol's city centre to ourselves
First explosion is real. We brought the biggest rocket we could find (which cost about £30+) and stuck it headfirst in to the ground. Sadly the explosion wasn't as amazing as the huge bang it made, the shockwave it gave off, and the amount of smoke that was left over at the end. The whole forest just filled up. It was great!
We did have some trouble with people actually! I'll post that clip in a sec...
I have kept this project secret for two reasons. Firstly I didn't wanna hype people up too much like I did last time. Secondly, people reacted really badly to the poster I posted up a while back (although only people on this forum have objected to it. Everywhere else we've had nothing but praise) so I've been a bit scared to talk about it here.
Crazy explosion, I think people got mad because jesus was working at a drug (not prescriptions) store or something. Looks cool, that explosion is awesome.

Naughty Soldiers, we had to holt it because we went over schedule and everyone had to shoot back off to various universities all over England when summer ended. We shot some more stuff over last summer but our standards have improved so much. It's kinda on the backburner. We could still finish it but we'll see...
