How can i make it the phone like when Mike is off screen and he says Hi, is this Gary Stevenson?

Because i want to show Jerry say hello? and in the same shot You hear Mike on the phone talking? How do i do that in editing? Or do I

ANd i got the script and i am wondering if i need to shoot in order?

because for the whole movie there is a lot of phone calls and i want some scenes of the guy listening to the other guy talking on phone...how do i do that? HOw do i record that

Put a microphone over the phone.

Well, first off you need audio from both characters. Next, jst splice them together though editing, with your action footage on top and put the correct audio where you want it underneath.

a production title? Like what software do you need to make it look good? and where can i find a shotgun mic for Canon GL-2 camera i cannot find anything
