Help me Premiere buffs!

Post by Randall »

For some reason everytime I fire up Adobe premiere 6.0 or 6.5

It fails to Initialize and load, then I get an error message which reads

"Adobe Premiere has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I've Re installed premiere numerous times and even system restored, please help.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Go on the net and do a search for Adobe Premiere 6.0 or 6.5 forums and see if anyone else has had that problem and how they got around it.
You could always look for a patch.
And, as a last option, you could try formating your Hard Drive. There is obviously something that it doesn't like.

Is it a legit copy or a bootleg one?

Find the support email of Adobe and send them a quick email.
