Don't Girls Make B-Movies?

It's just an observation of mine, hopefully I'll be proved completely wrong, but why does it seem to be mainly us lads who are making amateur films?

If this is the case, why so?

I dunno but we have enough trouble getting girls even slightly involved with any of our films... So I think it's very much a guy thing!

I managed to get some girls involved in my A-Team spoof movie, but were mainly interested in the food-fight scene at the local Kebab Shop!

I've had margenal secsess getting girls in my films, as long as it does not involve action or to much gore. It seems you say that and they leave real fast. Some how I also think it is the types of films we are making, testoterone pumped action movies, no chick flicks, but I could be wrong.

Girls are certainly a different type of person to us guys! I find that some reward is usually motivation enough! And you've gotta make them feel special, cuz they are!

But the question is why are they not making these movies? You'd think they'd make films with plots like Barbie and Sindy kicking butt over a row over piercings! Or perhaps, more drama-based movies like "Little House On The Prarie - Return Of The Buzzsaw Killer!"

C'mon gals, give us your answers if you're out there!:D

another resion that I think girls don't do this is because we are all crazy, and girls, tend to be crazy in a diffrent way, more anal like, not nuts, like us.

We got some female zombies, which was great 'cus we were scared we'd have a huge male only cast! It was getting like the League of Gentleman.

We don't need them much, if they are involved in the filming porsses, then they are less impressed when you show them off later, and it makes us look better. Ok this work work only with chicks that do action movies, but hey. But the lack of female film makers, extends beyond just what we do, look at say hollywood, and name ten female film makers.

dosn't everybody at some point. Everybody thougt I was going to do that when I started making movies, gess I disaponted them by doing action.

i had no problems getting women involved in my films, infact one time we managed to persuade 3 of them to strip off to their panties for a comic sex scene.
We genuinely lost the rushes and had to film the whole day again...i was gutted...yeah right!
