I played around with it but didn't really have the stamina to deal with the caned angles, and my gamestop didn't have the expantion. I might go back to it at some point who knows.

but I have seem some really good ones here.

Yeah it's pretty cool, it is though, first and fore most a game, not a film making device thing, but yeah I found it really quite innotave. It still is quite limiting, but maybe the Movies 2 might start offereing really flexible film making... If they added a scene-editor (i.e. you can make your own scenes) they could pretty much got rid of many of the current limitations.

I would like to see them make The Movies 2. And they should give you more freedom in it.

If anything, the Movies is great for an animated storyboard of what you will do in a future film.

Thanks Padrino. Here's a link to my outside edited stuff using The Movies. I do have things on the gamesite that just uses the game- but I found the best way to get reviews is to make these really arty farty videos, which I'm not entirely pretentious enough to link here.

YouTubeage

The game itself is great once you get used to it- but just some things I have to do to it, like DoF and lighting it different, in AE are just crazy. I recently just got Gmod working, and I have to say: everything I had to do extra before I can do with a few mouse strokes.
