Boom Pole Problem

Post by youngfilmmaker »

I just got my boom pole last month. I used it twice and its really good. So, I was going to use it to record something yesterday and then there is a problem. The screw on the top is not there.

I got a video of the pole so you can see what I am saying. Its will be up in a minute. I need to fix this problem and i still dont know what happen. The screw seems to be in the pole.

Dude, just pull the screw out.

You may just have to tape the friggin' mic onto the poll if you can't get anything else to work.

There is a quick cheap easy way. Take a drill that can go in reverce and use a reverse drill bit, any good hardware store will have them, us a small one, and drill into the one that is stuck, the heat and vibration will make it come back out.
