Yeah, the Sony HDR-HC1 is already discountined, but I consider myself lucky for having one. :wink:

I have the sony DCR-SR50E. It is pretty good, but coz hd is very wide i will get the hd version.

Sony seems to have the quality while Panasonic has the better deals - picked up a Panny half off from $320 last fall.

Panasonic still has the single greatest scene file adaptations than any other prosumer camera.
