I am doing a tutorial on superfast running and i dont get this how do you do it?
"At this point, you know all you need to set up the return run. All except for the time code for the INs and OUTs. Leave some space to show the background blank for a few seconds. Then, set up the next 2 clips with time codes, Channel 4, 26;08 and Channel 3, 26;21. Set the very last clip for an IN of 27;06 and set the OUT wereever you want. In my example, I faded it out."

RE: HOW DO YOU DO THIS?
I did it once; I just stablized the camera in one place, then had the person run and then sped it up. If the camera isn't stablized then the picture will become extremly jumpy.

RE: HOW DO YOU DO THIS?
LOL i thought when i first read the first post that you were MAKING a tutorial on how to run fast... like a sprinter or something. No an effect but more like for training for an olimpic thing. LOL!

That tutorial's rubbish. So much work for such a little thing!
Put your camera on a slow shutter effect (so the frame rate is jerky but the motion blur is high) and then speed the footage up in the edit. (If the picture updates every 4 frames, speed up the footage by 400%, every 3 would be 300% etc...)
