Colored Pencil type effect

Hey folks,

I've been for a while now and really done anything in terms of CG stuff or whatever but I'm startin to get back into it. Anyways, I thought I would post a colored pencil type effect that I applied to a live action plate. No presets was used to establish the look but I did however use a preset from Magic Bullet.

Anyways have a look and tell me what you think. Its just a small clip with no sound:
