It's probably the fact you're using USB.

Get firewire, don't be cheap its only 30$

Jimbobsquarepants, Firewire is so much easier. It also places less demand on your CPU. USB is hungry. This may mean your PC is struggling to capture properly.

You can get firewire cards with a cable for less than £20 at ebuyer.com

I think you need to buy a new keyboard too. Your E key is a little sticky.

You can go to computer shops, buy the firewire card and get them to install it for you.

Similar problem

Post by coreyjordan »

Hi, I am having a similar problem.
Is there a way to capture video using my analog camcorder? I have been captureing video using adaptec avc-1100 video capture and then importing them into prem pro 1.5 However this is causing some problems. I can see the video/audio in the left window but I can not see any video in the right hand window only hear the audio.

I have tried captureing with windows movie maker and then importing the file. This shows up in both windows but is only small in the right hand window. If I resize it then I loose picture quality.

I hope that someone can help me as it would be much easier to capture using prem pro 1.5....

Thanks Jordancorey
