Avid plz help overrun buffers.

I posted a message at Avid and they where cr** at responing.

AVID XPRESS DV 3.5v
I get this message every time when im capturing my video, each time the camcorda cuts i get this.

The message I get is:

"Record aborted because audio attempt to overrun its buffers. The media recoreded to this point is usable but possiably incomplete."

So how can I ither fix it or override it so this messages doesnt keep popping up every time my camcorda cuts to a diff scene??"

PLZ HELP

I have a gd pc, 2.6 amd 250 HD. etc.
