My old camera doesnt work on my new computer so i am wondering about getting one of those SNAZZY ones. But another question, how many of you use a mini DV camera for your films? I am thinking about getting one of those because they are quite cheap. (i am poor) it might also be used for holiday vids etc. any help?
I suggest you go to camcorderinfo.com and have a look around there because there a alot of reviews on consumer camcorders and you will probably find the one you want there and within budget.
The old Digital8's are great, they've got manual controls, and the resolution is the exact same as with any 1 CCD miniDV cam. Picking up a used one will cost very little, just stay away from the new ones, the controls are worthless.
