i was just wondering... how do you make a regular voice said in a microphone sound like it is coming from a phone? ive got adobe premiere elements

I don’t know how to do it with a program but once I recorded my self on a cell phone and played on my speakerphone into a microphone and recorded it. You get that like it is coming from the phone
