Escape by Craig Armstrong is from the soudntrack to Plunkett and MacCleane.

Best suggestion I have is Human Nature by Eric Serra, from The Fifth Element.

I know making music is hard adn we all have done this but at least everyone should try one film with their own music.

The Chauffeur - Deftones, i love that song, its soo sad.
Lucky You - Deftones, skip the start and its pretty good.
Clubbed To Death - Rob Dougan, it can be sad at times.
My Immortal - Evanescence, sad song, used in daredevil for a funeral.
Starting Over - The Crystal Method, used in blade 3 for abagails trainging after her friend dies.
Nymphetamine - Cradel Of Filth, really good sad song.
Swamped - Lacuna Coil, good song, like nyphetamine.
My Heartstrings Come Undone - Demon Hunter, really good song, not so cry, but like, damn.. :'(
Angels With Even Filthier Souls - Hawthone Heights, really good song, but it changes to a little revengy.
Dissolve and Decay - Hawthorne Heights, might not be what you want but its alright, "sit back and let her die slowly", i love that, its soo sad.
Paparrazi (instrumentals) - Xzibit, really good.
I'm Not Driving Anymore - Rob Dougan, really good.
Lady A Blue Dress - Senses Fail, perhaps used if the person is angry that there gone, its that kinda song where ur like that.
Sooner Or Later - Switchfoot, sad but not strong.
Thats all i can remember, hope that helps.

Yeah, me too. Considering he said QUICK and I also said that you should try at least one with your own. Not everyone can make there own every time.

Defiantely one of the most overused song by amatuer film-makers, but some of Dougan's other work absolutely screams soundtrack, really good artist that has everything other than the Kurayamino Mix of CTD ignored. Check out the instrumental side of Furious Angels for even better stuff (including a cut of Clubbed that is much [read: even] better).
