ok, i've been reading around online and stuff, and i think that i am going to do a foley type recording studio for my movies (as soon as i get my hands on a nice mic). anyways, i've been reading around and found a couple of sites that give some good tips on to what sounds like what, such as breaking celery sounds good for breaking bones, hitting a thawed out raw meat is great for body hits, balled up magnetic tape stripping stuff sounds good for walking on snow, etc. anybody else know of some good links which tells more good ideas?

haha, it won't be like a "studio" but i'm just going to set up a room to do it in, like hang up blankets on the walls and then get a laptop w/ a mic amp and a nice sensitive mic. i think it will work pretty good, i just need the amp and mic! i'm gonna start calling and bugging all the cable access areas around here!
