I need to know how you do that 'thought echo' that you get when people are thinking. Can you do this in Premiere?

Oh yeah you can do that in Premiere. All you have to do is go to the top menu bar, go to windows, show audio effects -- when that little box pops up with all the nifty effects, go to "Reverb and Delay". In that sub menu you can just drag say, the reverb, from the box and over your audio clip. You can then play around with it until you get your desired sound. That's just one way to do it, how I've done it, and it seems to work fantasticly. Hope this helps.
