Anyone have some good Pistol Soundeffects?

.45
9mm
are the two standard soundeffects that would be needed...

If you have CS then use the Mark 24 USP for your .45 and for the 9mm use the M-9 Beretta.

we've tried that before, but without any really good equipment to record sound with (besides the camera itself) I didn't like it...

If it doesn't have to be for free:
http://www.soundrangers.com/category-re ... at_id=0034
(1.65$ each)
And of course you may think about to buy some Collections on CDs, like from http://www.sounddogs.com/start.asp

Free Sounds from the web often have poor sampling rates.
Here are a few:

And this link list may be interesting too:
http://www.stonewashed.net/sfx.html

BTW this page has some nice shots, but it doesn't say what caliber it actually is:
http://ljudo.com/
it's using a search based navigation, so search for "shot"

If you play video games with guns, you can go to a quiet spot in the game and record yourself firing a few shots.
