How do you guys mix your sound?

Do you add in each SFX on an audio track with Premiere or do your video into Audition and add your sound effects in that way?

I do it in the NLE. But then again, Vegas is really good with audio but I have no clue about premiere because I've never used it, so you may just want to test both ways.

We do all the assembly in premiere, then use audition to 'sweeten' the sound.. adjust levels, eliminate noise etc...

I gather my samples and what not, then Mix and edit it to fit my film/production in Acid Pro 4, then save it and render it to Wav or Mp3, easy really. Takes some time to get used to it, but well worth the results.
