Gun Sounds Pack

Post by maj_barnes »

Nothing big, a small pack with a few gun sounds from last night (me and a friend went out and fired a few rounds out near some lake). And a few general pistol manipulation sounds.

Guns featured: P29Mod 9mm, 92fMod 8mm, Mouser 8mm, M1aSocom 7.62. Included is a readme which tells you where certain sounds were fired so you can match them better with scenes.

Enjoy!

Just my camera. I guess I'm lucky, 'er something. Sorry about the crickets and frogs in the background- I tried to shoot some of those, but there's too many of them.

Is it me and the light of the gun fire is a bit big or is that how it is meant to be?

That is unchanged video. :D

The muzzle flash is the actual footage, not an effect.

maj_barnes, it would help if you could supply a few seconds of ambiance without the gunshots. That way in editing, all the background noise can be sampled, isolated, and removed, therefore leaving pure gunshot audio.
