Smokin' Aces Inspired Sequence
Got bored and wanted to copy the credits sequence of Smokin' Aces. About an hours worth of work, so it may not be the best.
Anyways, enjoy. Or not- f*** you, enjoy!

Heeeey, very nice!!
Not seen Smokin' Aces but I loved that. You gonna use it in an actual film, or was it just a test?
What program did you use to make it?

Just a test, boredom mixed with insomnia.
After Effects 6.5.
Thanks!

It looked like the TV and image in the TV didn't match for a couple frames, might check the keyframes on that. That was very cool though. I was watching Smokin' Aces yesterday actually and I did watch the whole credits sequence and thinking it would be cool to do something similar. Nice work.
(edit: And it might just be how much I've used AE but you might think about turning off the wiggler for a couple of the shots.)

Yea, I noticed it too, just too lazy to fix it. It did look fine, until I had a clip running under it: so that black turned blue and made it more noticeable. It looked like the TV and image in the TV didn't match for a couple frames, might check the keyframes on that.
Thanks!.
Edit:
I was thinking the same thing, but it just made the scenes seem much more lifeless. Plus the credits for SA had that arthritic shaking cr** too.And it might just be how much I've used AE but you might think about turning off the wiggler for a couple of the shots.
RE: Smokin
that was awesome, i'm not sure about the shaking of the camera though, maybe a bit too much?
anyway, that was the best set of credits for an amateur thing. ever.

Very cool.
Just got After Effects and I don't quite understand how you did it though.

Thanks.
Trust me, just constantly play around with it. It was just ALOT of keyframing still pictures moving around.
