I found it funny...but the best? not sure...needs tighter editing and more flow in some parts.

My only concern aside from Grant's was the fact that when he was attacking one person, the rest just held a position until it was their turn. Might want to consider that everyone should be moving next time.

Yeah it was only comical. There was no realism in it, it was over the top, the sound effects were hilarious and the whole fight was poorly put together. I have made some horrible fights in my time here, but if that was supposed to be serious?...

very nice use of comical fighting you don't usually see along with the use of no typical blood and guts in a fight movie, maybe because of budget/experience?

What really bothers me is the end with the heads centered in the frame and we see more clouds than characters.

well of course its not meant to be serious rhys. i, on the other hand enjoyed it a fair bit, infact more than rhys' ones (let the bitching begin), i like the in-your-face closeup angles with the fight and not just static tripod shots, it gives it a more energetic feel. also yeh some bits didnt flow quite well but overall it was alright, good job.

Well how was i supposed to know that? I just clicked the link and watched it! Stop trying to start fights u boob, how could u STILL have a grudge?

I agree with some of the things you did in that (considering its a spoof), like when he thinks hes so good and stuff, and how he can just do such ridiculous things. It's good when you look at it like that, but i kinda didn't know because some people on Matt Hawkins do make some shocking films. I also like how they all go down with one punch. The quality of the video itself (probably youtube's fault) is really bad tho, which takes away the ease of watching it.

my post wasn't that bad, i noted that it was not realistic at all and it was only funny.

Well I thought it was really funny and pretty cool haha - very much like the combat of Peter Jackson's Braindead lol.

Erm well I mean who knows it could be the best fighting lol after all haha, ive never seen films posted here with loads of realistic fighting. (I mean we have like those bubble monsters of grants) - (thats the best fighting scenes!)

Rhys's fighting scenes i remember compromising of him betting beaten up very gently by his little sister in the backyard which i think is amusing.

Anyway keep up the rest of the movie Bulldog, its obviously part of a bigger project and it seems like a lot of fun!

I thought it was decent.

Maybe better design for the fighting, plan out what you will do before hand.

Also, for posting, I think to avoid all this shooting back and forth at each other over opinions--

simply when you post (say 3 things that could be improved, post 3 things that are good about it too).

Ill have you know that she is older then me by like 2-5 months, and i don't think i would exactly have been born that premature. She is a friend, and one of the only ones i have that are decent enough at fighting and willing to be in a movie without actually hurting me (will came over and he almost strangled me to death.. he pushed in my Adams apple..... hurt like a dog too). The fights were horrid, i admit. They were made like 7 months ago, before i started any martial arts. Yes... well... they sucked, stop bringing them up!

Thats actually kinda sexist when you think about it. Just cos shes a girl doesn't mean she isn't a spaz! But yeah it was lame and had no value. STOP BRINGING THEM UP! They aren't even on youtube anymore...

Hmm...basically what's been said before...more snappy editing, more flow, and everyone should be fighting at once (one of my big bugs, i hate it in films when one dude goes up against a group then they come at him one by one...). Also you kinda need better sound, otherwise nice start and quite funny.

It has a distinct 80s action fell to it where enemies did generally stand back and attack one at a time in a very staged fashion.

For a comic fight its not that bad, just needs a bit of editting, I would go back and watch every cut and make them much faster to cover up the fight. Other then that cool, also liked the use of fake limbs for all the breaking, but why not go the extra nine yards throw in some fun SFXs to go along with it.

"Wow, that was just so cool, it reminds me of the movie Anchorman: Legend of Ron Burgandy!" cept Anchorman was slightly better. Your cuts need to be quicker to make it look like they're actually fighting. Other than that, its fairly decent scene.
