At any rate, I believe it would be harder to film all these clones running around than creating or finding a location.
really, it would be quite easy to do it without any special effects, and there is only one interaction which can simply be covered up by close up shots.

I agree. I think that mine would be easier, and the bar scene doesn't really even add to the plot, except for introducing the charactor as a killer. The cowboy could just as easily be a hitman.
