Chains of the fight production treatment

please help me on this one! any advice at all would be greatly appreciated. im a bit stuck i think it might be a bit to much like some films...

The film is about a boxer who bets on himself to win a fight that his boss a crime lord, has told him to lose. After the fight and after collecting his winnings, he goes back to his apartment where his girlfriend is asleep. He fails to wake her up and believes that his boss has gotten to him already in retribution for crossing him. In actual fact she is pretending to be asleep and is waiting for the hired muscle to come and take care of the boxer. They arrive at the apartment and a fight ensues. The boxers girlfriend wakes up and shoots and kills the hired muscle and shoots the boxer but not fatally. She then places the gun in the unconscious boxers hands and escapes with the winnings.

The film will largely be filmed in flashback. The genre of the film is neo noir/crime. The style of the film will be akin to other films of the genre/s such as Shaun of the Dead, Snatch and Lock Stock and Two Smocking Barrels. In that the film will utilize the use of close-ups and sound effects to quicken the pace of the movie.
The locations used for the film will be; the girls locker room in the sports center, the driveway above the marine sheds one afternoon, the senior study, the film and television block, the tuck shop eating area and maybe one of the groups bedroom and the drama block.
