Sony Vegas has their DVD Production Suite which is practically a pro menu editor. The only drawback is that I think you have to have Vegas, unless you have it. Also, it's very expensive.

I've heard good things about Adobe Encore. Might be something to look into, I don't know much about it.

I have Vegas 4, so I'm guessing I'll have to throw my Premiere 6.5 movies into it and learn how to make a menu, thanks.

I HIGHLY recommend Uead DVD Workshop - very easy to use, very simple to create animated menus and add buttons/music to them as well. Honestly it took me all of six minutes to get the hang of this thing.

DVD lab PRO is very powerful, but it SUCKS at burning the DVDs i lost 10 just trying to get it right and it wasnt even my fault, if you want to do things very fast you could always use Arcsoft Showbiz DVD, it is quite capable only problem is that when you play it ina DVD player, the enter button doesnt select anything you have to use the 0-9 buttons!

Adobe Encore is really good. Even though I haven't used it alot. I did some test dvds a few months ago and I like how the menus turn out. Very prfessional looking as Epsilon said.

Ulead DVD Movie Factory works great. I downloaded a free trial to burn some of my films like Night Of The Creeps which isn't released on DVD yet. I made animated menu and everything with music fast and easy. I'm not sure how much it runs for tough. You can probably snag it off of isohunt.com for free if you have a torrent program.

I use DVDLab. Its easy to use and there are a lot of tutorials on the Hompage. The Trial Version is fully working for 30 Days, thats enough to make a cool DVD. But dont burn with it, just make your DVD Files and burn the DVD with Nero, thats better.

I've recently bought Ulead VideoStudio 10 plus and its SUPERB. It has a wide range of easy but effective editing and compiling functions including a large number of built in DVD menu options. A couple of clicks and it builds them for you. Well worth having a look at.

Adam used Adobe Encore to do the Hollow Point DVD. It is quite complicated and takes a while to pick up but is extremely powerful.

I have used TMPEGEnc DVD Author v1.5 in the past for smaller projects. It strikes a good balance between time taken to learn and the results it produces.

I've also heard plenty of people recommend DVDLab.
