I don't own Studio 9, but for anyone to help you, more information is needed. What have you tried? What errors are you running into? In what stage of writing or burning are you encountering problems? Have you checked the help file? Have you consulted the manual?
Erm... yeah...

I've heard of problems with Pinnacle and burning DVD's. What kind of burner do you have?

The problem is when it actually starts to burn the disc it just wont burn all it says is that "the process failed" and I checked in the manual and the help file and there is nothing usefull at all. The type of burner I have is a HP DVD/CD 200j.

yeah i once tried to burn out of pinnacle but it didn't work also. luckily its not my primary burning program. i wish i could help you, but some advice is don't ever buy a pinnacle product again. i have studio 7 and 9 and they both suck. not that i need them since i use premiere pro and after effects but every pinnacle program is full of bugs.

Could be the burner, all the problems I've heard about stem from HP burners.

Can you set the burn speed? Maybe Pinnacle can't output to the disc fast enough?

Is Pinnacle using some temporary hard drive space and is running out?

Can you output to DVD files and then burn using something else like Nero?
