Help With A New Motherboard And Processor

I am getting (for sure) a Asus P4P800-VM Motherboard for my birthday. (My birthday is in about 2 weeks, October 7th.) I will be putting this into the system I have now. I will be using the same RAM, Hard Drive, Disk Drives, Case w/ power supply, ect... I have looked on various website and I know that the RAM will be compatible w/ the new motherboard. It's also a Micro ATX form factor board, I measured my case, and it will fit.

Now I have another question. Will the Socket 478 Intel Pentium 4 (3.2Ghz) “Prescott Coreâ€
