Yo

this may seem a stupid question to mmost people but

how do you add a new pae in dreamweaver

i have the home page, which was basically a template which i altered and added some of my own coding

once i have another page how can i hyperlink all the pages together t basically form a website........

ct u just say undr your navigation buttons or links code the URL. Safer to use "relative" referencing eg. Your "My Links" button would link to link.html. You link to your other pages relative from where your home page sits. This enables the website to link successfully no matter what server or pc it is on. Do the same for your images also

so when wanting to create a new page i can simply go new page

then just link all of the pages together??

also when wanting to create a new page can i use the same layout i have on my home page for all, is there an easy way of dong this

if you want the layout to be the same simply open the home page and save it as a different name. It will be saved then seperately, say links.html. Then simply change the page to suit and link to it from your homepage. Just use your homepage in your case as a template for the others and save instances of it as the different pages. Consistency is what we are after.
