BRIVTECH offers well priced UK domain names and hosting if you wanted that. It also has forwarding. Prices are in $, but given the good exchange rates at the moment, the prices are great.
Forwarding - For Email is where you use an email address, but it is delivered to a different one that you have allocated.
Forwarding - For Domain Names is where you display one URL (Web address), and uses the contact from a different one without the person using it realising. You can duplicate this effect by using a singfle frames page, and using the content from another site within your page. It will only ever show your own site's address at the top.
