adobe premiere tutorial

Post by ct_bullet »

i've been following the adobe premiere tutorial for muzzel flashes on this website, i think it is very good but i'm having a few problems, when wtaching it on the small monitor in the 'motion menu' the flash seems to move around, is this my error? i am having problems with this, also when watching my film in the monitor there is a delay and it is very slow, is this because of my computer not being fast enough or what?
