Script writing software..

Post by LucII »

I need a good script writing software.. all the free one's didn't suite me at all.. I think i remember reading about some program here on the forum but i cant remember it's name. Anyone got any suggestions? I dont mind spending a few bucks so it doesn't need to be freeware.. Not that i would complain if it was :)

Movie Magic Screenwriter. They got a demo version. It's probably the best screenwriting software out there.

I use Rough Draft from time to time....it works, but not as good as we would like it to. The only problem with Final Draft is the price. But if you are willing to pay it....the newest version runs for $260.

Final Draft is $120 with a student discount.

But I recommend the free templates for Microsoft Word. They've worked the best for me, and have no problems to complain yet.
Erm... yeah...

I've been using the Sophoclese trial version. It's not bad. And $120 to buy.
