DVD and VCD menu design

Anyone know of any pretty decent Menu design software for DVD or VCD? In particular something which can use a looped video file as a background? That would be peachy!

Well, the question is how much are you willing to spend?

Adobe Encore DVD is by all means the best out there currently, but will run you several hundred.

If you are looking for a more, point, click, and burn approuach, try Sonic My DVD or Pinnacle 8, Pinnacle being the best of the two of them. Both are below $100, or about 58 pounds in your case.

I downloaded the ulead video studio 7 trial....and when u burn a DVD u can put a video file and/or music file as the background....pretty nifty runs u between 80 and 100
