How would you go about dyeing a long blue coat black??

Get some black dye. Stick the coat in it.

It'd probably be easier to buy a black coat.

You will need to check that the material of the coat is compatible with the dye you use, otherwise it'll end up blotchy.

Don't use spray paint - if the coat is synthetic, the solvents in the paint will mess with the material, and you may actually end up with a sticky coat that never seems to dry properly.

burn it and it will turn black in the end after u let it cool down.
Flying is simple. You just throw yourself at the ground and miss.
