There'd be no Shosk without 3D Studio Max! Although to be fair we started filming it with an idea of not using any cgi, what a great plan that was...

If you wanna go all "Dogma" then all you'll need is a cheap camcorder (VHS or VHS-C) and an old VCR to do rough edits. It's not the best set-up, but it's a great way to learn!

It's possible if you have a huge oven, or a huge mould that you could pour hot melted sugar in to.

We used to make it by just melting down sugar, but then we used to get carried away and start eating the stuff. It's so nice!

:P Yeah budget doesn't really mean anything, but from what I've seen in the trailer, they seem to destroy a lot of building in all kinds of wonderful ways. In my eyes, that's what budgets were made for!

Terminator 3 will be a crime, different director, different writers, a female Terminator (when Hollywood run out of ideas, they bring in a woman)... It's heading for disaster! Saying that, the fact it's the most expensive movie ever, and the fact that the trailer contains mass destruction, will mean...

We'll all die some day, I just hope I go in a really inventive or amusing way...

In fact Dan, my film making buddy, told me that if he ever dies in an amusing way then I should laugh at him for it, and if it's captured on film then we must play it at his funeral with comedy sound effects added to it.

Puh, you think that's brave... I spent the day filming dressed as a woman in public areas, and I'm still trying to remove the mascara... In fact I walked around town by myself with full mascara on my eyelashes. It did have it's plus side though, whilst we tried getting the make-up off I was dragged ...

Ooh, today (and I swear oin my life I'm being serious) I was at the front of a lil' single decker bus, and suddenly this guy walked out of nowhere in front of the bus and his head goes right through the windscreen and he's sent flying... Believe me someone going through glass in real life is a lot m...

URGH!!! No it's horrible, absolutely horrible. Avid's the industry standard, but it's nasty. It took me a week and a half to edit something that would have taken me 30 mins max on Premiere 'cus the editing controls are so bad.

Stick with Final Cut or Premiere.

On Foiled.co.uk's site they claim that they did their light sabers by matching them up in 3D Studio Max... It must have taken an age! Although I once did it by drawing them frame by frame, it took two solid days to get about 10 seconds worth of light sabre action! God knows how they did it in the or...

I suppose if the fire did get out of control, you could put the buring clothing against the fast moving floor to put it out :D You could always try rolling whilst holding on to the roap if the fire did go out of control :P

See, it is safe after all! :D

We have to get our cars checked so regularly because we're such a small and overcrowded country that if one car breaks down then it generally causes one mass traffic jam across the whole UK :P But that's probably not much of a joke, I remember when a lorry crashed on a motorway about 2 years ago and...
