Proposed UK Legislation on replica weapons
The Government are trying to pass a bill through Parliament to ban replica weapons. This meas if you own a replica gun, tank, canon, pistol, then the law would require that you have it destroyed. I wonder where the law stands for lightsabres. Anyhoo, theres a lot of opposition to this from museums a...

HA HA HA! It's the international flights going out of the country that they're doing most of this with, and you probably wouldn't be fingerprinted because you're not a foreigner in your own country. I love Sanford airport! It's the easiest airport I've ever gone through. Although the last time I wen...

Not to mention the taking off shoes and fingerprinting that they expose the passengers at US airports to. It's crazy, even if you're just stopping to pick up a connecting flight, you are put through all that.

Sounds like a great idea, but why not involve the local media as well. The newspapers or local television news would love a story like that.

No it is not ilegal, I have a friend who is currently making a proper film production at an airport on the Isle of Wight. You do need permission from the airport to film though. Security procedures can be filmed. My nephew is one of the actors in this movie.

RE: Copyright your material through your website!
The problem with electronic storage of media is that the dates can be altered - When I upload to my server, I can upload the original date. If I change the clock in my PC, I can pretend I created something sooner than I actually did. That way, someone does have the potential of taking your work, and...

New UK Legislation regarding explosives
New UK legislation is being pushed through Parliament to allow the arrest and detention of anyone suspected of planning to carry out terrorism. If you're making a movie and you're including a few explosion effects with squibs and the like, bare this in mind that what you are building could be interp...

What's the point?
What's the point of having regional settings on a DVD player, and having your DVD player locked if you change the setting more than a certain number of times, when you can just by-pass this by copying the files off a DVD onto your hard-drive and playing the video files from there??? EH??? Doesn't fi...

You can get some fairly realistic looking soft toys these days, use one of them, and gore out the bits that look fake, so the whole thing looks like fresh real roadkill. Oh, and if you are using something like this, fill it with sand (Or something else that has a reasonable distributed weight), and ...
