The film was about cheating and then receiving "Positive Punishment". Unfortunately you can't tell (Because of the video compression on Google Video), but there is a test on the bedside table in the opening shot of the film with an "A+" on it (just under the alarm clock). It look...

My first "Film School" film! Tell me what you thi

Just uploaded it today and finished editing it on Friday.
It's a 4min film without dialogue or sound effects (only music and imagery could be used to tell the story).

Comments welcomed.

RE: SURVIVAL!

The film was filmed on Hi 8 and cut on a VHS editing machine (since this was before the time of windows xp and home computer editing ect... It was also the time before MiniDV consumer cameras. lol) Sorry it didn't make you laugh, every time I watch it I die laughing (But maybe it's because I made it...

SURVIVAL!

This is an old movie I made with my buddies around 6 years ago for our outdoor-ed class and still remains one of the funniest films we ever made. I just uploaded it on Google Video from the Studio 400 VHS editing machine it was cut on. Enjoy. [Synopsis] Three nitwits become lost in the wilderness wh...

No offense, but the film seemed to start and go nowhere in my opinion. I don't quite get what the story was (if there was one).

Read my script and tell me what you think!

*Hi there, this is a new script I recently wrote. I won't tell you what it's about. The unpredictability of the script is what adds to the story. I also have 4 pieces of music that utterly "carry" the story, so if you don't have (or) can't find this music, I could perhaps e-mail them to yo...

"O Fortuna" is from Carmina Burana. The best version of it is "Fischer-Dieskau, Jochum". Awsome Compostion! http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000001GQP/qid=1136424267/sr=8-4/ref=pd_bbs_4/104-4948550-7227150?n=507846&s=classical&v=glance I haven't heard of the other song. ...

RE: lightwave 8 composite question

Well it can be done in lightwave 7 (I know because I did it myself).

As long as your video is in uncompressed AVI format, you should be able to change your background to the video.

(I'm away from home right know, so I can't tell you the exact step-by-step instructions. But it's pretty easy.)

The effect is called "speed ramping", and I'm 99% sure that it can be done in Permiere pro (or most other consumer products)
